We can sup­ply and install home and busi­ness broad­band ser­vices and also routers that pro­vide redun­dancy and busi­ness fea­tures such as Vir­tual Pri­vate Net­work (VPN) con­nec­tions for remote access.

If you are find­ing it dif­fi­cult to get answers to why your line doesn’t work as you feel it should, you will have expe­ri­enced how dif­fi­cult it is to get your provider to accept there is a fault. They will tell you that there is no fault or that it must be your router or the fil­ter as it all tests out fine.  If you can get them to call an engi­neer out you will be warned the call out could result in charges of up to £400 for a busi­ness customer.

We have recently invested in the lat­est Broad­band Test­ing Equip­ment that allows for the test­ing of all types on line and ser­vice up to and includ­ing the BT Infin­ity or Fibre to the Cab­i­net Service.

The reports that can be pro­vided will clearly indi­cate any faults and more detailed infor­ma­tion can be sent directly to the provider that will remove any hes­i­ta­tion in call­ing out an engi­neer, or pro­vide proof that the fault is with their own network.
