They will tell you that there is no fault or that it must be your router or the fil­ter as it all tests out fine.  If you can get them to call an engi­neer out you will be warned the call out could result in charges of £400.

We can trou­bleshoot broad­band faults using pro­fes­sional test equip­ment that will diag­nose your line and pro­vide you with the results in a full report that can be used to pro­vide evi­dence to ISPs and other providers of the exact fault.

The reports that can be pro­vided will clearly indi­cate any faults and more detailed infor­ma­tion can be sent directly to the provider that will remove any hes­i­ta­tion in call­ing out an engi­neer, or pro­vide proof that the fault is with their own network.
