TWS Com­puter Ser­vices was formed in 2003 to pro­vide sup­port ser­vices to busi­ness and home users. Our Sup­port Cen­tre is in Crow­bor­ough, East Sus­sex. Remote Sup­port is avail­able to cus­tomers wher­ever they are located.

We pro­vide the type of sup­port that only small com­pa­nies that have qual­i­fied pro­fes­sional engi­neers avail­able can pro­vide, includ­ing sup­port at a time to suit the cus­tomer such as out of busi­ness hours and weekends.

We are a Microsoft Reg­is­tered Part­ner and our Tech­ni­cal Direc­tor is a Microsoft Cer­ti­fied Sys­tems Engi­neer with many years’ expe­ri­ence in the instal­la­tion of net­works includ­ing the plan­ning, design and con­fig­u­ra­tion of multi-server environments.

We are a Fasthosts Domain Reg­is­tra­tion and Web Host­ing Reseller and there­fore we can reg­is­ter and fully man­age domains.  We also pro­vide a full web design and host­ing service.

A full range of cloud based ser­vices are pro­vided as we are Thinkgrid Sil­ver Chan­nel Partners.

We use Log­MeIn­Res­cue® which pro­vides per­mis­sion based access to remote sys­tems. This web based sup­port solu­tion requires no pre-installed soft­ware so is ideal for busi­ness and home users who require soft­ware res­o­lu­tion assis­tance with­out the costs asso­ci­ated with an engineer’s visit to your premises.
